Mr. Smtih was born December 25, 1954 in St. Louis, Missouri A graveside service will be held Thursday, October 23, 2008 at 1:00 pm at the Higginsville Veterans Cemetery (arr. Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 816-313-1677)
