Eufrocina “Precy” Marquez Waters, age 83, of Independence, Missouri, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2026, from natural causes.
Eufrocina was born on May 7, 1942, in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines. She lived a life rooted in love for her family, quiet strength, and grace that touched those who knew her.
She was preceded in death by: her beloved husband, Paul Waters Sr; sister in law, Barbara Waters; as well as Robert Domingo and Lolita Rizal.
Eufrocina is survived by: her daughter & son-in-law, Mary Ann & Omar Stigler; granddaughter, Mia Godwin: son & daughter-in-law, David Joshua & Shannise Waters; grandson, David Joshua Waters Jr.; son & daughter-in-law, Paul H. & Sandi Waters Jr.; granddaughter, Hannah Waters, grandson, Ethan Waters; sister, Mercedita Mercado; grandson, Jerimiah Hill; sister in law, Brenda Waters, who will all cherish her memory and the legacy she leaves behind.
A graveside service will be held on January 22, 2026, at Leavenworth National Cemetery, located at 150 Muncie Road, Leavenworth, Kansas, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Eufrocina will be remembered for her enduring love, gentle spirit, and the deep devotion she had for her family.
