Evelyn L. Hansen

Evelyn L. Hansen, 81, of Raytown, Missouri, passed away September 4, 2023 at Autumn Terrace. Visitation will be held at 5pm, Monday, September 18, 2023, followed by a Celebration of Life at 6pm, at Connection Point Church, 10500 E. State Route 350, Raytown, Missouri 64133. Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to Hope Network of Raytown.

Evelyn was born October 11, 1941, in Norwich, Connecticut to Mildred and Tryon Lathrop. In her adult years, she enjoyed driving a tractor trailer and a passenger bus and was a much loved member of the transportation community. She was also a crossing guard for her local schools.

Preceding Evelyn in death are her parents; husband Richard Hansen, Sr.; sister and several brothers. Survivors include her daughter Susan Runer, Raytown, Missouri; son Richard H. Hansen (Alisha), Connecticut; five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
