    Dear Uncle Frank,
We just wanted you to know you will be missed greatly. There are so many wonderful memories that come to mind when I think of you. From the times you proudly showed us your collection of McDonalds toys, to your love for Hardees. I always knew that when we went to visit, you would make sure we ate at Hardees and shopped at K-mart. We also went to the mall that you always went walking for exercise. You talked of stories from your childhood and growing up with my Grandpa Augustine Ruiz. You always knew how to make us laugh or smile with your jokes. In many ways I see my father in you. You were a strong, caring individual who had such an uplifting spirit that will never be forgotten. We really wish we were able to see you one last time, to hug you, to see your smile or hear your laughter. But know this, we will take to heart all of the great memories we have shared and that is what we will always remember you by.

    P.S
tell my Grandma and Grandpa Ruiz we love and miss them both! 🙂

My father John Ruiz wanted to let any family or friends of Uncle Frank know of his email address in case they would like to be in contact with him or other family. Packy290@hotmail.com

My Dear Uncle Frank we are all so sorry we could not see you one last time..Thanks for all the wonderful times and memories…of Kansas City. From Hardees, The Antioch Mall…Dairy Queen, Your visits to Larned,to buying my son Jesse his first Batman suit- the first pkg. he ever got in the mail from KC. u’ll never know how happy we all were. For giving me and my sisters the Name “The Treat girls.” and for taking us for a treat when we were all toghether. lol We loved hearing that from you it was always so funny-Even when you called Dad “wendy” we used to laugh about it.Thanks For coming to spend time with Dad and Mom and us kids over the yrs. when you could we always loved that and could not wait for you to visit and I remember as a little girl always being so happy I had a Uncle that lived in Kansas city. Thanks for taking time for us when we came to KC to see you and Aunt Betty. For spending time with us-and making us feel at home. Wish we could of spent way more time then we did together.KC will not ever b the same without you…You are a Great Man who all of us kids had a Great admiration, respect and love for that you will not ever know. Not only because you were my Daddy’s baby brother but also because you came into each one of our lives and brought us more happiness then any one Uncle could bring to his nephews and nieces. Thanks for being with us when dad passed away,,,that gave us such peace. I always find peace in seeing you wear white t-shirts, and blue jeans just like my dad..and your famous words ..”ok man!” “Ok Man.” My Mother always said you were one of a kind and she would say “I can’t believe your Dad has a brother like Frank,,he is such a good man.””She would talk about how totally opposite you were from my Dad.” lol. I hate that you are gone Uncle Frank but I know that you are with Aunt Betty, Dad, Mom and Bobby and I bet they are happy to see you! Give them our Love. Thanks for allowing us to be a part of your life Uncle Frank,,,We Love you very much!
