George Edward Lapp Jr., 60 passed away December 27th, 2021.

George is currently in the care of Heartland Cremation and Burial Society.

To all of those who knew and loved him, A Celebration of Life will take place Thursday January 6th, 2022, at 5:00PM at Knuckleheads Saloon, 2715 Rochester St, Kansas City, MO 64120.

    George was one on the greatest musicians I had the pleasure of playing with. He was so fun and loving. I have many many fond memories I Cherish. Blessed Be.

    I grew up next door to the Lapps and when I was 4 years old, I accidentally fell in their swimming pool. GJ jumped in and saved me from drowning. He and my older brother were in a band called Jam Central Station around 1976 and practiced in our basement. GJ was 9 years older than me but I always looked up to him and his musical abilities.
