Jacob Dennis Gingerich was born January 12, 1989, in upstate New York and passed away on March 3, 2012, in St. Joseph.
Jacob had love for his family and friends. He enjoyed helping others and was a ray of sunshine when he walked into a room. Jacob will always be remembered for his unforgettable smile and laughter. He loved being around his friends and making them feel loved. Jacob was very talented when it came to horses; he had a love for animals. He could build and do anything and was known as a very hard worker. He was employed by Menards at the time of his death.
Survivors: parents, Lydian and Dennis; siblings, Eli, Noah, Joseph, Enos, Herman, Jonas, Dennis, Salamo, Lizzie, Katie, Sarah, Frances, Amanda, Mary, Emma; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins; extended family, Larry Campbell of Cainsville, Mo., Jacqueline, Lauri, Jill.
Preceded: grandparents; brother-in-law, Enos Yoder; extended family, Rosemarie Campbell, Chad Rorebeck.
Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, Bloomington Church, 25658 Elk Chapel Road, Lamoni, IA 50140. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. until service time.
