Jacob Lee Martin, 24, passed away March 31, 2019. Celebration of life gathering will be held Saturday, April 6, 2019 from 1-3 pm at Heartland, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, Mo 64133. Jacob was born July 2, 1994 in Kansas City, Mo.

He is survived by his mother Danie’le Thompson, father Ray Martin, step-mother Tracy Alumbaugh, brothers Alex Zink and Tristan Martin, step-brothers Blake and Justin McMullen step-sister Ashley McMullen, and a large extended family.

Come help us celebrate Jacob’s beautiful soul. There will be a memory cam, so be prepared to tell your favorite story or stories about Jacob.

    My fondest memory of Jacob is from Little league football. He was always the guy that got everyone’s head in the game, and left it all on the field. He was the same in every aspect of life. Rest in peace buddy. My prayers are with your family.
