Jonathan David Bostic, 64, of North Kansas City passed away August 27, 2020 at home.
Jonathan was born July 22, 1956 in Madison, NJ. Jonathan was a retired nurse. He had a good, sensitive heart and good values. He loved God, his family and friends. Jon also had a wonderful sense of humor. Jonathan was diagnosed with MS in 1992 and was in pain constantly. He dealt with that pain through prayer but tworded the end of his life he was ready for heaven and tired of the pain.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clayton Bostic.
Survivors include: wife, Virginia Owensby; mother, Betty Jane Bostic; three sisters, Deborah Wenzel, Chrissie Webster and Cathy Tucker. He didn’t have any biological children but loved his three step-children, Crystal Wenger, Shannon Horel, Shane Sanstrom. He also leaves behind, 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
