Jonene L. Collins of Raytown, MO, passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at the age of 56. Cremation and memorial services will be held at a later date for friends and family. Arrangements by Heartland Cremation & Burial Society.

Deepest sympathy for the Collins family. Death was not part of God’s original purpose for us. Our loving God considers death as his enemy – 1 Corinthians 15:26 – “the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.” Death is an enemy that separates us from our loved ones. When death is removed, we will have the joy of our loved ones being resurrected to enjoy life the way our Grand Creator purposed for us…forever on earth. (Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:9, 11)
