Judith Shields (80) of Lee’s Summit MO Passed away June 14th 2022 on her 80th birthday. Judith was born in Kansas City MO and moved to Lee’s Summit in the late 70’s.
She is proceeded in death by her husband Thomas Shields and one daughter Ruie Munson. Sisters Sharron Eggers, Beverly Weiss, Marjorie Goodman, Phyllis Faloney, and Betty Brisciano. Brothers Thomas Moore, Walter Moore, Richard Moore, Dean Moore, Billy Moore, and Parents Raymond Clark and Daisy Audrey Moore. Left to cherish her memory, brother Larry Moore. Children Debbie Rieschick, Krista Erikson (Eric), Charlyn Koeller (Steve), Thomas Shields, Richard Shields (Kerry), and Steven Shields (Tiffany), 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Judith loved to play bingo and always had a scratch off in her hand. She loved to spend time with her family and would always tell stories about the good old days and working and Sidney’s Diner and Clarks. She loved to joke around with the family and was always up to going to eat at Fords. She was the glue that held the family together, and she will be greatly missed.
Services will be held Monday June 20th, 2022, at Heartland Cremation and Burial Society, located at 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd Raytown, MO 64133. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Judith’s Funeral will start at 10:00 AM and her Graveside service will follow at 12:00 PM at Floral Hills East 25203 e US 50 Highway Lee’s Summit MO 64086. My heart breaks for my cousins and family. She was one of a kind and loved to laugh I will miss this about her and the wonderful aunt she was. ??
I am going to miss my best friend and bingo bubby of over 40 years . Judy was the first person I met when I moved to Lees Summit..Boy did we have some good times..Rest In Peace my friend..you will always be in my heart.
I met Judy through my daughter Tiffany and husband Steven. I remember the first time I met her she found out that our birthdays were a week apart and she fixed me spaghetti and meatballs for my birthday when I came to visit.I loved her so much.I will miss her. R.I.P. my friend.

She’s going to be missed dearly! I remember her always babysitting me watching in heat of the night … rubbing her feet and all the yummy homemade doughnuts that’s she loved to make. Will miss you aunt Judy r.i.p
