Kimberly S. Prohaska-Frear, 50, KCMO passed away 3/30/2015.

Graveside services will be at Brooking Cemetery on Friday, April 10 at 1:30 pm.

Kim was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Donna Prohaska.

Survivors include her children, Michael Lee Frear, Cassie Frear and Kynzie Frear, brother Jerry (Debbie) Lockhart and Aunt Patty Holler and Uncle James Holler who raised her after the death of her parents and many other family and friends and co-workers at New Breed Logistics.

Donations may be made in Kim’s name to “Great Plains SPCA”         21001 E 78 HWY Independence, Missouri

    Aunt Pat,Jerry,Michael Lee, Cassie, Kynzie,Ernie,Susan,and the rest of the family,you have my deepest sympathies’ Kim was a very dear friend and like a sister to me. We had our good and bad times with each other but thru it all I loved her like family. She was a special person. I will miss her greatly.

    Kim,
    You’ve been in my life since I was a young child. I always enjoyed seeing you at family functions, you brought kindness and warmth with you. I am in disbelief that this has changed. I keep thinking it isn’t real, things will be back to the way they were. You are loved, you will be missed, and I hope you find as many friends and loved ones in the next life as you have in this one.

    To All Sorry For Your Loss… I worked with Kim at toys r us and she got me a job at Newbreed.. I moved on to other things we lost contact and I just now found out… So so deeply sorry to all… May she rest in peace … She was a great person.. Always trying to help others besides her self…
