Kyle Anthony Kelley AKA “Bean”, “Derpy”, “Little Daffodil”, 22 of Baldwin City, Kansas, passed away in the arms of his Mother and Sister, September 5th, 2022. Kyle was born March 21, 2000, in Wichita, Kansas. While Kyle suffered from a lifetime of disabilities and illness, he was so much more than a boy with medical problems, he was and is the definition of pure love personified. Kyle loved going to school and hanging out with all his special teachers, friends and helpers. In 2019, he became a proud graduate of Baldwin High. Kyle’s favorite activities included spending time with his family, holding hands, giving kisses and playing with his large collection of toys and stuffed animals.
Kyle is preceded in death by his brother, James R. Clark, his great grandparents, Everett and Betty Parton and Ed and June Pruitt.
Survivors of Kyle’s include: his loving Mother Raira Taylor, his biggest fan and Sister Kelsey Atchison (Derrik), his Aunt Rachell and Uncle Andrew Smith, Uncle Michael Embree, Grandmother Lyllian Bateman, and his fur Brother and Sister Dart and Sadie.
The love and the light within him touched the lives of many and will remain in our hearts forever.
A Celebration of Life for Kyle will be held at 7:00 PM, Friday October 7th, 2022, at Baldwin City Library. (800 Seventh Street, Baldwin City, Kansas 66006
Little bean, I love you very much. Not a day goes by where you don’t come into my thoughts. I’m honored to have the chance to be your big sister, and be close to you for all these years. I love you very much and give our brother and grandparents a big hug and kiss for me.
