Laurie Gay Fairburn, 62, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at The Hospice House in Kansas City, MO.

She was born February 10, 1960 in Wabash, Indiana to James “Jim” T. Fairburn & Clara “Sue” Susanne Fairburn
(Brubaker).

Laurie graduated with BS of Arts & Science degree in May 1984 at K-State University. She had worked for America Business for Women’s Association and DST.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James “Jim” T. Fairburn & Clara “Sue” Susanne Fairburn (Brubaker).

Laurie is survived by her sister, Beth Lewis, Kansas City, MO & Scott (Lori) Fairburn, Lake Park, MN and her beloved birds Pippa & Keemo.
