Hello, I’m terrible with words, worse face to face, but not much better writing it either. But gonna offer my condolences in my best efforts!
Here goes! I did not hear about Mikes passing until later. I had not even seen Mike since around the 90’s!
We were always only friends and also shared some time working for his momma, Maria. He had a broken leg and couldn’t work his job, so he was helping his momma out at the restaurant. He got to boss me around while Maria went to Germany once, heh heh, Cuz I let him, but the next time she went to Germany, I bossed meself around! He has already gone back to work!
Once when he and his wife had lovers quarrels, we had a very deep conversation about what to do. The man cried, he was so in love and the powerful emotions he had over things not being perfect for a little bit, really had a hold on him! It was one of the most beautiful things about couples I can remember. They stayed in love all these years, it’s influential, for sure!
Hahaha! I would of rather gone to Germany also, but, eh, I made great tips working! I was not even in the same class of people as the group that went! Would never of happened!
I want to say, although everyone knows, Mike loved his momma so much ! He has as strong of love for his wife, kids and I’m certain had the same unconditional love for his grandkids when they started coming! He was a family devoted Man, as Maria raised all her kids to be.
Mikes oldest kid, Cory is a good kid, and a good friend of my oldest and youngest daughter . It’s funny how things change, yet, they don’t.
Today, I received notification that tomorrow would have been Mike England’s birthday. Cheers in heaven, Mike.
So I thought I would look this obituary up and see when exactly he passed. I saw his last post on Facebook was July 2023, a song with a video of animals, “The only hell my momma ever raised”, which I know he was a handful, I bet each of the boys reflect on the past and think the same thing about themselves! I’m not even gonna give my opinion on who was the rowdiest and craziest of the 3! It would be a close race! 🙂
Anyway, Leaving a note here because truly, I’m Thinking of Mikes wife Michelle, his kids and grandkids plus Mikes closest family and friends while they remember him on his birthday!
Rest in Peace, Old friend.
