Michael Thomas Callahan

Michael Thomas Callahan, 48, of Kansas City, Mo, passed away December 29th, 2016 unexpectedly, at Research Medical Center, surrounded by his family.
Private service with family.
A celebration in his honor will be held at Coach’s in downtown Sedalia, Missouri on Saturday, January 28th, 2017 (time to be determined). Please check his Facebook in coming days for more details.
Michael was born on March 28th,1968 to Thomas and Letha Callahan in Kansas City, Mo., in ‘Old Northeast’, where he grew up.
Known as Tom Tom, to his family and lifelong friends, and ‘Towel Guy’ to his music family.
He lived life with abundant energy, and had a fierce passion for music.
He was a free spirit, who took his Irish heritage very seriously 🙂
He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him, and always remembered for his optimistic and exuberant personality.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Callahan; his wife and best friend, Michele Callahan
He leaves behind his mother Letha Callahan, daughter Elizabeth, son Ian Roberts, sisters Laura Pinnell and Marilyn Gilmore, brother Glenn Raymond Callahan, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
