Nancy C. Mills died May 13, 2010. She is survived by two daughters, Daphne Eastburn and April Obey; grand- daughter, Bailey Obey; sister, Shirley Hunt; brother, Charles Crandell; and many nieces & nephews and their families. Contributions may be made to the Humane Society, in lieu of flowers.
