Pamela Kay Patro

Pamela Kay Patro went home to be with our Lord on Tuesday, 11/30/2021 at the age of 60. She is survived by her mother Sharon Patro, her brother Randall Patro, her sister Kimberly Patro, her son Cody Patro, a granddaughter and grandson, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts and uncles.  Pamela was the first born of Donald and Sharon Patro. She and her siblings had a wonderful childhood being raised in a small midwestern town. Pam graduated high school and enjoyed many of the things children of the 70’s enjoyed:  being outside, rock and roll music and spending time with family and friends. Living most of her life in her hometown, she later moved to Texas but spent the latter of her life in Kansas.

Pam loved dogs, having a few in her adult life and even fostered a senior dog. She loved crafty things and made a few blankets in her spare time. She had a job before COVID hit and very much enjoyed going to work every day. Pam had a feisty personality and a quirky sense of humor.   Pam loved to laugh, and her laugh would make everyone around her laugh! She was a fiercely loyal friend who would often watch out for her favorite housemates or Group friends and assist in any way she could.

Pam loved to fish so her family envisions her sitting in Heaven right now with her Dad fishing, laughing and basking in the Light of the Son. Pam, we love you and won’t forget you. We are comforted knowing you are in Heaven, you are not suffering and that you are surrounded by loved ones.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you hug your parents, hug your siblings, hug your children and your friends. Tell them how much you love and appreciate them.  And if you find a special needs house in your local area; feel free to donate coloring books, crayons, puzzle books or youthful outdoor games.
