Let the family know you care by sharing this tribute
December 8, 1943 to September 24, 2022
Born in a farmhouse in Southwest Missouri, Pat was the third of six siblings and the only one with even a hint of red hair. She retired from an executive position at the company that made Twinkies after a lifetime of other jobs, among which were co-owner of a secretarial service and one of the first traveling saleswomen for Hallmark Cards.
With no kids of her own, Pat became the favorite Aunt for several others. She was also affectionately known as “Uncle Pat.” She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Connie; and her brother, Don. She will be sorely missed by her sisters, Nancy Wrinkle and Rosalind Webb; her brother, Samuel Jeffery Philpott; her nieces and nephews; her loving sister-in-law, Sandy Philpott; her close companion for the past several years, Ted Folkert; and all the ladies with whom she golfed, gadded, and giggled.
Pat was adamant that she wanted no funeral or memorial service – just a nod to the memory of a life well lived.
Pat had a big heart, a great mind and a lovely personality. She was “AS GOOD AS IT GETS” and will be sorely missed. Love you, Pat.
She knew how I felt. I’ll just say she was my touchstone and leave it at that.
I’m so sorry for this family’s loss! I enjoyed the times we had! I will always remember the laughter we all shared after a day of fun on the courses!
I know there’s a hole left in many hearts from Pat passing. She was truly one of a kind and loving. I will always have the email she sent with a resuyshe made for me that started the career I am in.
God speed ??

Pat was a good neighbor and friend to many in the ‘Big Blue’ condos for a long time. I worked with her on the holiday parties for a couple years. She was always great fun to work with, shop for wine (for the parties) with, or just to run into and have a chat. She was always good natured, interesting and friendly. She’ll be greatly missed.
It’s hard to think of you for too long because it makes me feel like crying.
You were my support system of my life, you were the one who helped me go through all the hard times and taught me to never give up.
I will truly miss our laughs and stories, the crazy times we spent together.
You are forever in my heart dear sister.
No one can take your place. You touched my life in so many ways I can’t describe..
Let’s dance the night away my dear sissy..
We’ve made our best memory yet, and grateful you chose me.
