Patricia Sue Randall

Patricia Sue Randall (Fowler), age 77, of Grain Valley, Missouri, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2025, after a courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Born on September 21, 1947, in Jefferson City, Missouri, Patricia was the cherished daughter of William J. Fowler and Esther A. Fowler (Vaughan). From a young age, Patricia was known for her gentle spirit, loving heart, and the kindness she extended to everyone she met.

Patricia’s life was a testament to resilience, compassion, and joy. She was a devoted wife to David V. Randall and a loving mother to her children, Michael Thetford, Scottie and Dena Thetford, and Shellie Piepmeier (father, Cletus Thetford). She also embraced her stepchildren, Carri Strange and Jennifer Nicholas, as her own, and was a guiding light to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Patricia’s professional journey began as a Mary Kay Consultant, where she built lasting friendships and empowered women with confidence and beauty. Later, she became the proud owner of Affordable Cellular in Blue Springs, Missouri, where her dedication and warmth made her a beloved figure in the community. After retiring, Patricia continued to inspire others by joining the Sun City Poms in Sun City, Arizona, where she delighted audiences with her energetic performances and zest for life.

Her love for the arts was evident in her passion for theater and dance. Patricia found great joy in being on stage, whether performing in local theater productions or dancing with friends. She believed in living life to the fullest and encouraged her family to pursue their dreams with courage and determination.

Patricia’s greatest joy came from her family. She treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, celebrating their achievements and supporting them through life’s challenges. Her home was always filled with laughter, love, and the aroma of her delicious home-cooked meals.

She is survived by her loving husband, David V. Randall; her children, Michael Thetford, Scottie and Dena Thetford, and Shellie Piepmeier; stepchildren, Carri Strange and Jennifer Nicholas; sisters, Joyce A. Harvey (Fowler) and Tammy L. (Michael W.) Belt; grandchildren, Zackary Thetford, Matthew Thetford, Brittany Mann, Brooklyn Stout, Tyler Thetford, Libby Thetford, and Michael A.
