Ralph Elihu Jones, 90, Overland Park, Kansas passed away October 20, 2003 at his home surrounded by his family.
Memorial services will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 25, 2003 with visitation to follow, at Knox Presbyterian Church, 9595 W. 95th St. Overland Park, KS.
Ralph was born September 15, 1913 in Kansas City, MO. He retired in 1978 after 30+ years with Universal Underwriters. In his high school years Ralph was an All City, All Star Basketball Player at Northeast High School. He completed four years at KU and was an avid KU sports fan.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 65 years, Shirley (McHenry) Jones; sons and daughters in law, Philip and Lynne Jones and Bruce and April Jones, all of Overland Park, KS; grandchildren, Scott Jones, Jeffrey Jones, Mike and Laura Jones, Robin Jones, Paris Jones, Akisha Runquist, and great-granddaughter, Aurora Runquist.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Catholic Community Hospice or Knox Presbyterian Church.
