Ray Charles Amet died on October 14, 2013. He was born in Chicago on June 5, 1929. After graduating from Kansas State University, Ray was a salesman for Baxter Labs. He later worked for Missouri State Employment office until he retired. A public memorial service will be held on November 16, 2013, beginning at 1PM at Christ Church Anglican; 5500 West 91st Street; Overland Park, KS 66207. A reception will follow at the church.
