Rodney Eugene Bacon

Rodney Eugene Bacon, 57, of Topeka, Kansas, passed away May 4, 2014.   A military burial will be held at 1:30 PM on Friday, May 23, 2013 at Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, Kansas.  Mr. Bacon was born June 1st in Morris County Hospital.  He was a United States Navy veteran.  Rod was a loving, strong husband and father who always made time for his family.  Survivors include his wife, LaVonna; sons, Mike, Travis, Jason and Mick; stepchildren, Raina and Robert; father, Frank; brother, Ronnie; sisters, Betty, Lois and Ramona; and thirteen grandchildren.
