My condolences to the Godsey family and I pray for grace and comfort for your loss
Ron was like my 2nd dad. He was such a prankster and fun person to be around. I met him and Loy in the summer of ’89 and they have forever made my life a joy! #awesomegrandpa.
My brother Jack and I grew up with Don, Ron and Gary in Holmes Park, Missouri, from the mid 40s to the late 50s/early 60s. Living across the street from each other and next to the Holmes Park School House. Played Football, Baseball, Basketball on the Flats below the School in the summers, slid down the hill behind the school during the Winter, built forts, shot off firecrackers around the 4th of July each year, fought on occasion like boys do, joined the Boy Scouts together, attended the Holmes Park School during our early years and we all graduated from Ruskin High School. After graduation we all went our separate ways but Ron like Don you will be remembered and missed.
My condolences to the family. Your father was always kind and fair with me considering I was hanging out with Mark. Hope all your memories are filled with love and laughter.
We had so many good times growing up around Holmes Park and Hickman Mills. I will always remember them. Hard to believe you and Don are both gone now. Two sweet hearts of the Godsey family.
Ron and Loy Godsey were good people. Worked with Loy for 10 years at the Venture Bakery and met Ron many times during that time as well as you kids. Such wonderful people, your Mom and Dad loved God and we will see them again. They will be missed by me. So sorry for the loss of your parents, prayers for you kids and the family.
My condolences to the Godsey family. Ronnie was such a sweet person.
He will be missed by all who knew him. Sorry this is so late! I am not up to date with technology!!
