Thomas William Flannigan Jr.
Thomas W. Flannigan Jr., 62, Kansas City, MO, passed away September 28, 2007. A memorial service will be held 1pm Saturday Oct. 6th at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd. Raytown.
