Trevor Valdez Blacksmith

Trevor Valdez Blacksmith, 42, passed away October 19, 2020. He was born September 21, 1978.

He was the son of Mollie (Blacksmith) Lewis (Rynard Baldwin) of Raytown, Missouri, and Steve Martin of Rapid City, SD.

He was survived by: siblings Ivan Tobacco of Oglala, SD, Eldon Tobacco of  Rapid City, SD, Josie Kayton of Greenbay, MN, Jeremiah Kayton of High Ridge, MO, Jaqueline Kayton of Raytown, MO.

Trevor was preceded in death by Joanna Kayton of Oglala, SD(1974).

He was a uncle and great uncle.

Trevor was born with several disabilities which limited his communication and functional skills. His love of trains and music was strong throughout his life. His purpose was to teach patience and understanding to his family and friends. May he soar high in Heaven, free to feel happy and unburdened by this world’s sorrows, and be remembered as one of God’s special gifts to Mother Earth.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm on October 30, 2020 at Brooking Cemetery, Raytown, MO.
