William Randolf "Randy" Niere, 53, Kansas City, KS passed away June 21, 2009 at home. He was born October 9, 1955 to Bill and Virginia (Jordan) DeRousse in St. Charles, MO. Cremation. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 3, 2009. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
