Bill Clark, 73, of Independence, MO passed away June 5th, 2024. A Celebration of life service will be held from 2:00pm- 4:00pm, Wednesday, June 12th, 2024, at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society in Raytown, MO.
Bill was born, June 27th, 1950, in Independence, MO. Bill lived most of his life in Independence, MO, graduating from Fort Osage High School in 1968, and meeting his wife of nearly 50 years Donna (Ethington) Clark.
He was a machinist by trade and worked at Fike Corporation for 20 plus years to end his career. Bill enjoyed the local Kansas City sports teams, watching the Royals and Chiefs year after year. Bill enjoyed his family outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, and gardening
Bill was preceded in death his wife Donna, father and mother Harold and Donna, and his brother Gary Clark of Ft. Collins, CO.
Survivors include: son, Tim Clark (Shannon); son, Jeremy Clark; daughter, Kelli Wantland (Lance); and eight grandchildren, Katelynn (Blaine), Brennon, Jackson, Tristynn, Sydni, Micah, Zane, and Brooks.
We love you all so much! We are sad but in our hearts we know he’s in Heaven and no longer suffering! We have years of Memories of being together as a family and feel soo blessed! He was a Great Man! Indeed!
Bill was my dad’s cousin. I know the Smith family will miss him very much. You all are in our prayers.
