Frederick Anthony Honeywell, 56, of Raytown, MO passed away June 6, 2024.
Fred was born July 13, 1967. He was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri by his loving parents whom he cared for in their later years. He was loved by his many friends and was a very generous and giving person with all of them. He worked hard as a young man, sometimes holding down more than one part time job at one of his favorite places to dine such as V’s and he also worked at Royals Stadium with his father. He later studied at DeVry and later became a software engineer. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
He was preceded in death by: parents, Fred J. and Brenda J. Honeywell.
Memorial contributions are suggested to: Wayside Waifs.
Fred was my best friend for 20 years. We went thru the good, bad & ugly times together. You are gone but not forgotten. I will be forever thankful for your friendship.
Freddy and I were best friends. We met when he was 14 and I was 15 & 1/2. We called each other ‘Besties” for 45 years. We’ve lived together, worked together and our thing was going to concerts together. Freddy was NOT born on July 13, 1967, like it says in this obit. His birthday was July 31st, 1967. Right before he passed, he was getting ready to move into my home with me. We always said, if we’re still single in our 50’s we would live together and grow old together. We were starting that process when he passed suddenly. His sister called me and asked if I would take Freddy’s 2 cats, and of course I said yes. They are doing ok, but I still see the sadness in his oldest cat Angel’s eyes. She’s 11 years old and has only known one owner, Freddy. I am loving on her as much as I can. I miss him very single day, and this world is empty for me without him.
I LOVE YOU BESTIE!! There will never be another like you. 🥺
