Roberta Irene Heorman, 88, of Mission, Kansas, passed away September 10, 2025, at Kansas City Hospice House surrounded by family.
She was born April 20, 1937, in Chapman, Kansas, the daughter of Velmont and Irene Westergart of Wamego, Kansas. She grew up in Wamego graduating Wamego High School in 1955, then attended Kansas State University until she was married in 1956. She went on to live and raise a family in Wichita, Kansas, working for Insurance Management Associates as an executive for a large part of her life. She moved to Mission, Kansas in 2016 where she lived happily with many friends and kind staff at the Welstone at Mission Crossing Apartments until her passing.
Survivors include children Lisa (Shelly) Daly-Weingartner of Southampton, NY; Leslie David Briggs of Fort Worth, TX; and Traci Koca of Shawnee, KS. Also included are many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
