Tom was soft spoken and had a depth to him that many might have missed. He was an avid sports fan and loved his Michigan Wolverines and all of the Detroit pro sports teams. He was active in the Church and loved serving the community. He had a heart that was bigger than the world. He loved to write and became a published poet later in life. He loved his 70’s rock and Christian music. More than anything though, he loved his Family. I will end this how he would have wanted it, GO BLUE!
I’ll miss you Pops! Best dad ever! I can see you now eating chocolate cake and hanging with Jesus. Rest in peace Papasan!
I will never forget the precious memories I shared with my Uncle Tom when I was young. I can still clearly remember the warm smile that always welcomed me whenever we met. I will also never forget the very first cheese ramen he made for me. Those simple moments became treasured memories that have stayed with me throughout my life.
Uncle Tom (as I always called you growing up), I know you loved God’s Word and cherished singing hymns. I look forward to seeing you again in heaven.
To my dear Aunt Sun Cha, please know that you are in my prayers. I hope you will find comfort in God’s peace during this difficult time. My heartfelt condolences also go to my cousins, Jesse and Kacie, and to the entire family.
You are all deeply loved. May God’s grace, comfort, and peace be with you always.
