Jeffery Neil Brogan was born March 14, 1964 and passed away on September 13, 2026. He leaves behind his wife, Theresa A. Brogan; daughter, Haylle M. Brogan; sister, Erin Winstead; three brothers, David Brogan, Bryan Brogan, and Michael Brogan; nieces and nephews; foster children; grandchildren; and one ex-wife.
Most importantly he left behind a legacy of taking care of people and working hard without complaining. For him it was just seeing what needed to be done.
He was a loving father, husband, and the best friend anyone could have. He was the best husband and soul mate.
A celebration of life will be held for Jeffery on October 3, 2026 from 1pm to 4pm at Miss Dianna’s School of Dance, 8641 N Oak Traffic Way, Kansas City, MO 64155.
