William O. Manley, 80, Kansas City, MO passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2003 at the VA Hospital in Kansas City, MO. Visitation will be held from 7-8:30 PM, Thursday, August 7 at Missouri Funeral Care, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd. Internment will be 12:15 PM, Friday, August 8 at the Leavenworth National Cemetery, 4101 S. 4th St. Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Manley, of Kansas City; sister, Mary Elizabeth Welch of Austin, TX; three children, Mike Manley of Tulsa, OK, Candace Chatman of Atchison, KS and Marty Manley of Liberty, MO.
