Lt. Col Robert C. Dexter, 80, Kansas City, MO passed away August 11, 2003. Military services will be held 1:30 PM, Monday, August 18 at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, KS. Cremation. He retired from USAF, and received The Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Force Commendation Medal and The Air Medal. He also piloted Air Force One for President Lyndon B. Johnson.
