Wilma Ozais

Wilma Weber Ozias, 91, of Kansas City North, died September 6, 2005 at the Garden Villa Independent Living Facility. Wilma was born June 13, 1914 in Elkhorn, MO to John Earl and Anna Dickey Weber. Wilma married George W. Ozias on September 29, 1936. George preceded her in death on April 30, 2002. George and Wilma were active in the Richmond/Ray County community for most of their married life. Wilma was a homemaker until 1969 when she joined George in working for the Exchange Bank of Richmond. They retired in 1979 and moved to Kansas City North to be near their daughters. Wilma leaves two daughters and their spouses, Georganne Gorham and J.D. Gorham (deceased), Susan Cox and Dean Cox; five grandchildren, Jack D. Gorham and spouse Janet Dickson Gorham, Teresa S. Gorham, Jonathan George Gorham and spouse Kimberly J. Gorham, Christopher J. Cox, Andy J. Cox (deceased) and spouse Jennifer Cox; seven great grandchildren, Jack Dickson Gorham, David Dickson Gorham, Ian James Gorham, Seth Lee Gorham, Brooke Eden Gorham, Ashley Cox, Shelby Cox and many dear friends. The family suggests donations to the Saint Luke’s Home Care and Hospice at 3100 Broadway Suite 1000, Kansas City, MO 64111, in honor of Wilma’s memory.
