Raymond J Elkins, 58, Kansas City, KS passed away March 17, 2007. Military graveside services will be held 2:30 p.m. Thurs., March 22, 2007 at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, KS. Raymond was born Oct 15, 1948 in Ft. Scott, KS. He is survived by: mother, Neolin Elkins; brothers, Richard (Maryann) & William (Vickie) Elkins; sister, Edwina Turner; and many nieces & nephews.
