| June 22, 1947 – May 29, 2008 Beloved mother, sister, daughter, wife and friend, Linda S. WeMott passed away peacefully at the Kansas City Hospice House. Rare was the love she gave. With independence and a passion for the beautiful things in life she lived. Born in Wyandotte County, Kan., Linda resided all of her life in the Kansas City area. Preceding her in death are her parents and her husband Harold. Surviving are her daughter Sherry WeMott- Colton; brothers Clarence and Richard Clarkson; sisters Ola Shaw and Karen Clarkson, as well as many loving extended family members and friends who are also family. Visitation will be from 6-6:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 1, with service following at the Heartland Burial and Cremation Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd., in Raytown, Mo. Rock-Chalk-Jayhawk. | ||
