Alice McKinney

Alice M. McKinney, 70, Raytown, MO, went to meet her Lord and saviour June 11, 2008. Visitation will be held 12-1 PM, Monday, June 16, 2008 at Blue Ridge Baptist Temple Memorial services will follow at 1 PM at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Alice was born December 30, 1937 in Pierce City, MO. She was a member of Blue Ridge Baptist Temple. Alice was a Sunday School teacher at Blue Ridge Baptist Temple and formally at KC Baptist Temple. She belonged to the church’s women’s group called F.A.R. Alice participated in the Susan G Komen walk for Breast Cancer for many years. She is preceded in death by: father, Roy Honsinger; brothers, J.R. & Gary Dale Honsinger; and husband, Paul McKinney. Survivors include: mother, Marguerite Honsinger; son & daughter in law, Troy & Janet McKinney, Raytown, MO; daughter & son in law, Robin & Bruce Garrison, Lee’s Summit, MO; daughter, Angel Craig, KC, MO; brother, James Honsinger, Lee’s Summit, MO; sisters, Darlene Mensendiek, Raymore, MO, Bettie Tays, Carol Lakin, Penny Honsinger, all of Grandview, MO; grandchildren, Jessica Lee, Amanda Grischow, Jason Garrison, Tiffany Craig, Taylor Craig, Julia Craig; great grandchildren, Trent Garrison, and Dayton Garrison.
