Timothy Shellenberger

Timothy Charles Shellenberger, age 37, of Overland Park, KS passed away after a brief illness on October 22, 2008. Tim was born on March 25, 1971 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from the University of Kansas. He was a Sr. Associate Architect with DLR Group in Overland Park. Tim learned to water ski at age 4 and continued competitive skiing through college. Tim was a devoted husband and father. He had a positive outlook on life, a great sense of humor and never missed a chance to cheer on his Jayhawks. He is survived by his wife, Mary, and son, William; his mother, Pharlee Fisher of Melrose, FL and father, Jim Shellenberger of Cocoa, FL. He was preceded in death by his son, Charlie. A memorial mass will be held on Monday, October 27, 4:30 p.m., at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 16000 W. 143rd, Olathe. Rosary, followed by visitation, will be held at 7 p.m., Sunday, October 26.
