 Billy Wayne Morris, 71, of Higginsville, MO passed away October 9, 2010 at his home. Billy was born July 14, 1939 in Higginsville to Jesse and Fern Morris.  He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.  Cremation will take place.  Services have not been planned at this time.
