JOYCE “JO” L. MCDANIEL-LOBINGIER Joyce ‘Jo” McDaniel-Lobingier, passed away February 27, 2011 in Independence, MO. Born in Manhattan, Kansas, on September 9, 1948 to Thomas L, and Ima L. Mc Daniel. A memorial service will be held 1 PM Sunday, March 6th,at Duncan Estates Clubhouse, 633 SW Burry Rd, Lee’s Summit.
