Betty Sparks, 84, Belton, MO passed away March 21, 2011 at the Kansas City Hospice House. Betty was preceded in death by a son, John Harvey Sparks. She leaves behind her husband Harvey A. Sparks of the home, a son, Sid Sparks (Jane) of Kansas City, MO, three grandchildren; Kristen, Lauren and Brett, and 2 great-grandchildren; Xavier and Vienna and a host of other family members and friends. No services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials to Kansas City Hospice House, 12000 Wornall Road, Kansas City, MO 64145, or The American Cancer Society, 1100 Pennsylvania Ave., Kansas City, MO 64105.

    Betty was a crazy fun lady, can still see her and Harvey sitting in the lawn chairs at Blue Valley Park. Prayers and Blessings to the family
