Ronald Lee Urton

Ron Urton, 65, Kansas City, MO, passed away Sept. 2, 2012, at his home. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Mon., Sept. 10, at Heartland Cremation, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, MO 64133. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 1-2 p.m. Ron was born Nov. 23, 1946, in rural Johnson County, KS, to Glen and Mollie (Wright) Urton, who both preceded him in death. Ron leaves behind a sister and brother-in-law, Glenda and Bob Bryant of Odessa, MO, a brother John Urton of Kansas City, MO, a daughter Michele Urton of Los Angeles, CA, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. At the request of Ron’s family, please wear casual attire to the service. Also, Ron’s family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff at CrossroadsHospice for the exceptional care they provided Ron.
