Charles Carrolton Bourgart, Jr., 83, Blue Springs, MO passed away September 20, 2012 at Golden Living Center in Independence, MO. Charles was born April 2, 1929 in Chicago, IL to Charles, Sr. and Evelyn Bourgart. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and all who knew and loved him. Services have not been planned at this time.
