Leon Arthur Blixt, 77, of Belton, MO passed away August 15, 2017 at home. Celebration of Life services will be held at 10:30AM, Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Rock Brook Church, Belton, Missouri. Mr. Blixt was born October 30, 1939 in Arnold, Nebraska.
Leon was active in church, serving as a deacon and Bible teacher throughout his life. He loved Jesus.
He was preceded in death by parents Manfred and Idie Blixt and sister Lila Kitch.
Survivors include wife Elaine, daughter Debra (Mark) Sunde, on David (Angie) Blixt, four grandchildren, four brothers, and one sister.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Serenity Care Hospice.

Leon was one of the finest Christian men I have ever had the privilege to know.
His love for his Lord was evident in his life .
Leon will be deeply missed.
