Ralph William Shelton

Ralph William Shelton, 65, of Richmond, Missouri formerly of Orrick, Missouri, passed away March 31, 2018. Private family services will be held at a later date. Mr. Shelton was born February 01, 1953 in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.

A machinist by trade most of his life, Ralph enjoyed many simple things, and lived his life as such. His childhood was spent delivering newspapers, fishing, riding bikes, attending Mass, and causing mischief with his siblings. His unique knowledge of many subjects and the stories of his life will truly be missed. He was a very supportive dad, grandfather, brother and friend. Ralph was always willing to lend a hand.

He was preceded in death by parents Merritt and Jo Jean Shelton.

Survivors include daughter Cori McPheeters, brothers Palmer (Maria) Shelton, Jon Shelton, and Frank Shelton, sister Paula Cox, grandchildren; Alex Shelton, Delaney McPheeters, and Carsyn McPheeters, along with many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Ralph Shelton’s Memorial Fund and are to be mailed to 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, Mo 64133.
