William “Billy” James Dale, 29, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri passed away December 2, 2018 from Melanoma. Mr. Dale was born March 10, 1989 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was a loving father, the best big brother, and loyal friend. Billy had the best sense of humor, unmatchable intelligence, and the ability to make anyone smile. Survivors include: mother BJ Freitag, father Todd Freitag, sisters Morgan Freitag and Autumn Freitag, grandmother Jenny Cloonan, son Benjamin Dale, daughter Madison Dale, and son Brayden Dale.
