Ona Nicholson, 94, of Independence, MO passed away December 23, 2018. Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm Friday, December 28, 2018 at Longview Lake Cemetery, Kansas City, MO.
Mrs. Nicholson was born July 25, 1924 in Crow, Texas. She lived in Roswell, NM; St Myers, FL; Milwaukee, WI; and Mineola, TX. Ona worked in banking and for the Milwaukee Journal. She attended the Raytown Church of Christ for many years. Ona was married to Clyde for 49 years.
She was preceded in death by husband Clyde Nicholson, and great-grandson Austin.
Survivors include children, Daphne, William, and Judith, four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
