Our beloved Andrea Fay Klatt entered into eternal peace and freedom on Saturday, February 16 at University Hospital. She passed peacefully with her mother and loved ones by her side. While Andrea fell ill and suffered from the disease of addiction, we choose to remember her for her vibrant spirit, her beautiful smile and the love she held for her son, Noah.
Andrea was born in Columbia, Mo. on July 7, 1986 to Donald and Janice Klatt. On April 8, 2007, Andrea brought into this world her son, Noah. Noah continues to be the brightest light illuminating from her life. She is survived by her son, parents Donald and Janice Klatt; partner Alex; sisters Rachel (Jeff ) Talbott and Allison (Mason) Klatt and brother Justin Dueber; three nephews and one niece; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Andrea enjoyed spending time outdoors, landscaping, gardening and playing with her son. She grew up spending many days in the water on the Meramec River, a treasured retreat for her family and son. She found beauty in everything she saw. A celebration of her life will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Andrea F. Klatt Memorial Fund, Central Bank of Boone County.
God looked around His garden

He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering
He knew you were in pain.
He knew that you would never
Get well on earth again.

So He closed your weary eyelids,
And whispered, “Peace be thine.”
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.

Although it’s been awhile, Andrea was a pleasure to work with and know. My deepest love to Noah and the family.
Jan, Don, Rachel,Allison, Justin, little Noah, extended family. May you find comfort in knowing she is free! Her soul has gone on to the beauty of heaven. The ache inside will be physical but love never ends. May you feel her love and all our prayers.

Hope you will be comforted in knowing that Andrea has the prospect of being resurrected, healthy (in the flesh), to Paradise Earth just as Jehovah God has promised. I always got a huge hug when I would see her around the school or playground in later years. She was such a sweetheart and I am saddened that she is no longer here on earth. May your memories sustain you as you keep her in your heart. I will certainly keep her in mine.

As a child, Andrea was always such a joy to be around – I loved her curiosity and kindness. She will be missed by so many.

I’m so sorry Andrea’s family and loved ones have to grieve and feel the pain and loss of their sweet dear girl. I remember her smile and the twinkle in her eyes.
I’m so sorry for your loss. Andrea was a treasured friend during my Jr. High and High School years, though we lost touch after that. She had so much energy and was always smiling. I will always hold her memory close and think of the positive influence she had on me.
Andrea made my childhood a wonderful adventure…I will always remember her beautiful smile and contagious laugh. I am so grateful for her friendship and will always remember her big heart and bright spirit. Sending all my love and prayers to her family.
