Cynthia (Cindy) Best Winfrey.
Passed away August 28 2021 at Saint Luke’s Hospice House. Cindy was 59 yrs old.

Cindy was born Nov.14 1961. She will Fly like a bird to go and be reunited with her husband, Richard (Rick) Best and with her mother Dorothy & Her Dad James, Brother Alvin & Jack plus her sisters April, Rita and Ruthie and our sweet dear friend Dennis Foster. Cindy leaves behind 6 brothers; James, Larry, Richard, Norman, Arthur and Robert, 3 sisters; Cheryl, Nancy and Debbie, 1 daughter Misty & 3 wonderful grandchildren. Kayla, Cody & Corey, plus 3 great grandchildren; Aubrey, Camdyn & Jamyson.. plus a baby girl will soon be born. Cindy truly loved her family, and she would always, no matter what, try to have only peace, love & happiness in her life.

Cindy’s Visitation will be Friday, September 3, 2021 at Heartland Cremation and Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd in Raytown, MO 64133 from 2:00 PM -3:00 PM. Funeral Service to follow at 3:00 PM, Friday, Sept 3 2021 at Heartland Cremation and Burial Society. Donations and Flowers are welcomed.

May Cindy never be forgotten.
