Vera L. Gross, 84, of Kansas City, MO passed away November 6, 2021 at Little Sisters of the Poor. Memorial services will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, November 20, 2021 at St John Francis Regis, Kansas City, MO. Visitation will be held at 10:00 am.
Vera was born July 28, 1937 in Axtell, Kansas but grew up in Seneca Kansas until her senior year of high school when she moved to Kansas City, MO. She loved to sing and had the lead part of Little Vienna Operetta. Children and animals flocked around Vera because of the loving care she gave. She graced everyone’s life she came in contact with, especially her family, including her dental patients years ago.
She was preceded in death by: husband, Vincent Gross; sisters, Jean Newton, Patricia Fields, and Delores Welton; parents, Agatha and Eugene Madden.
Survivors include: daughters, Kathy and Kristin (Brent); sons, Kevin (Monica) and Kevin Poore; grandchildren, CJ, Destiny, Kyle, Abby, and Ayden; and many nieces and nephews.
